cant get company's site indexed for its own name :( what is going on?

not sure why I'm having trouble with this.. but people are searching for the company's name and can't find the site. I'm not a total idiot with regard to SEO, google webmaster tools has 26 pages indexed.. thoughts? or ideas to get this thing indexed for its name?

Is the company name unique? Or is it an Engilsh language word?

 

i think thats the problem.. its not super unique. there's a company with virtually the same name, but its singular - i.e. my company its ***** centers, and theres a company out tehre that is the same, but "center" (no S)
