Can't figure this Wordpress theme out?

I just helped install a wordpress theme on my friends site here

We used this this theme

And I can't figure out how to get the titles of the posts to show or how to get it to show a link to the previous posts/pages.

Any tips y'all can give me? Obviously I cant ask the creator of the theme lol
