I usually have a problem with being able to get to bed on time, especially once I started internet marketing. It's like I never want to stop working because there is always work to do, if not, there's always something else that needs to be done.

Once night I discovered something that has really helped me out. I slept like a baby, probably one of the best nights rest I had gotten in a long time. Got some loving from my girlfriend, and it happened to have been raining. I have a nice big window by my bed, so I was able to hear the raining falling pretty clear. Next thing I know, it was morning and I was feeling like a champ.

Ever since, if I'm having a little bit of a hard time sleeping, I get a hold of a video, usually a variation of something like these two, and play it.

I'm about to go knock out, and wanted to leave this with you guys before doing so.

Hot Springs, Early Morning, Rain Forest. 8 Hour Relaxations #2. Birds, Stream, Steam, Calm

    Enjoy guys.

Slept great last night, just saying.

On another note: I'm not really a fan of drinking by myself, makes me feel like an alchy.

Or...you can make it natural and remove all artificial lightning in your room. And I mean all of it.It has to be pitch black...and let melatonin take care of the rest.

    It worked wonders for me.

Sex before bed is the best way to fall asleep. You only have a 20 minute window before the "drowsiness" wears off.

I second the Marijuana notion. In fact, it's the exact the reason I have my Medical Card. Nothing is better for sleep, and that's coming from someone who has literally been battling insomnia for years:even before they got into Internet Marketing. I've had a script for every sleep med under the Sun, and stacked them with natural remedies, proper diet, gym 5x a week, and none of them compare to Marijuana in terms of rest quality, duration, etc.

it's the worries. drugs, sports, alcohol, sex(wanking sessions included hahaha) i like, but all this wont help at all even if you overdo it. things we didnt or dont want to accomplish, things we are afraid of, needs, greeds...our thoughts. those things are the reasons for not sleeping properly.plain and simple for me. listen to this audiobook instead of waterfalls.
    stop worrying and start...sleeping :)

for the ones who sleep like a baby....don't miss this one

Heh, I can't fall asleep listening to something I want to learn from. I keep thinking, " Hmm.. That's a good idea.."

I'm sure that would have a similar effect. There's something about ambient sounds that just work. I know for me it helps clear my mind, so instead of listening to what I'm thinking about, I'm listening to the sounds and it really makes a difference.
