Account is 13 years old and has legit followers around 3K. But was mostly inactive for last 2 years. Now I'm trying to promote my stuff but no promising results.
Tried to buy likes, retweets -> no
Tried to post only vid without any links and without buying likes -> no
Tried to post 90sec video -> not even showed up in hashtag.
And the hashtags I use are not that popular (only 2 btw). I see 15-20 liked tweets in its popular tab but I couldn't enter popular even with natural 25 likes from my followers I got.
Literally I can't reach to people out of my followers. Checked for shadow ban and it is also false.
What's wrong?
