Can't copy some PDF files?

    I'm trying to copy paste some pdf files but some i'm running into some that won't allow me. Is there some security feature? if so, any way i can change it?

    Yes, the author can set this up. And only he/she can change it.

    Foxit pdf editor, Adobe accrobat pro.
    Just look up pdf editors i'm pretty sure there
    are some in the download section.
    If it's password protected use some
    OCR software.

    Try downloading Dragon Naturally Speaking, then you can speak the text into a fresh new file.

    There are several ways you can do this. Print it using cute pdf, which will copy it to an unsecure pdf (might not always work).

    Print it and then scan it into Finereader and save as whatever documents you want.

    Or any other method previously mentioned. I used to use Paperless Printer without issue, but cute pdf will do the same.

    That is because your PDF files are encrypted and added some restrictions by author.
    Here I have a tip, why not convert them to word format and then edit or copy the content in Word. I always use AnyBizSoft http://www.anypdftools.com/pdf-to-word.html#168 as it supports encrypted files conversion and preserves text, layouts, images and hyperlinks well.
