I logged in old database MySQL panel and then:
    1. Exported everything through "Export" in default format (SQL).
    2. Created new empty database on hosting.
    3. Logged in new database and uploaded the SQL files (used IMPORT feature).

    Whats wrong?

I logged with the only login I had from my hosting. Seems they disallowed db creation. I had to edit manualy files and remove the "create database" so its not creating a new one. Argh. Anyway thank you!

Create db is irrelevant. your hosting company will have another default db for you. get the creds for it and use mysql workbench to log in then execute your export of old db not including the create database lines. any syntax errors will occur from different mysql versions but post em here and we will help. db names are controlled via hosting companies with shared hosting but it aint a huge workaround to change db name in ur apps.
