So sort of out of the blue, I can no longer access phpMyAdmin, it returns the 403 error in which people who are not white listed should get. I checked my conf files for the IP's to ensure it was not overwritted with something else, and it is still the same. My IP is still the same to.

The only thing I had done so far on my VPS during the time this happened was I created two new users, disabled root login. From there, I disabled the two new users and enabled the root login because it's easier to use. After about 5 minutes of doing that, everything turns to hell. All the images on my site dissapear, and I am getting the 403 error when going to phpmyadmin.

What might I have done and what can I check to see the issue?

Running centos 6 with latest version of phpMyAdmin.

    EDIT:

Actually sometime after I disabled the root login I was unable to access phpMyAdmin.

I removed Varnish from my server completely and changed the httpd.conf file to the old settings so it was not using the settings for varnish.
Quite a bit happy right now, was throwing a bitch fit for the last two hours figuring out where I screwed up.
