Cannot post a thread in the JV forum

I'm trying to start my own thread in the Joint Ventures forum section, but when I click on the "Preview Post" button after writing my post I'm getting the following message:

Sorry, you must comply with our agreement in order to make a post in this forum.

I wonder what could be the problem? I have more than 50 posts and have been a member for more than 30 days.

There will be a box you need to tick to acknowledge you comply with the agreement. Scroll down to the bottom

Yep. Just above the Preview button, you'll see this:

Needs to be ticked before it'll allow you to preview and post
