Can your account get terminated?

I received this spam complaint thingy and they said they are going to terminate my clickbank account if they receive another complaint. I never heard or see anyone getting their clickbank account terminated though. Maybe is just me thats getting all the bad luck. Anyone have any idea?

You can and will be canned if you continue to get complaints. CB is no different then anyone else, they ban people that violate their TOS all the time.

If you're just blasting unsolicited emails with your hoplink in it, your account won't last long.

yea clickbank will not hesitate to ban you account, my advice would be to cover your tracks a little better so you're not getting spam complaints to begin with.

yes they will, i've gotten a CB account banned for cookie stuffing before

Of course you can get banned. TOS violations.
