Going to keep this very simple. Here are some points below, if you don't meet these then please don't waste my time or yours.

    1. English must be your first language.
    2. You must have a portfolio I can look at, live examples on other sites would be ideal.
    3. You must have a keen interest in the dance scene, predominantly house & techno genres.
    4. You must not PM me.
    5. I want you to type a few lines below, explaining how you meet points 1 - 4 above.

I'm working on an offline project I just bought into. We need writers that can cover industry news, interviews, festivals and events, opinion pieces and so on for Techno and House music.

This would be a permanent position and would be well paid for the right candidate.

The interest in dance music and specifically house/techno is essential, otherwise we'd just get some writers off the bst section. We want passionate pieces of content that our readers will love, that kind of content only comes from writers that enjoy what they're covering.

I'm not sure if I'll even get any responses here, it could be the wrong place. To any that I do get and that follow the instructions above - I'll be in touch.

    Cheers!

Hi, I am a writer from the UK and I am very passionate about EDM. Though I don't have any experience writing about EDM or music in general, I would love to write about it. Please PM me if it possible to consider me a possible candidate for the test run.

I am a DJ of over 20 years. I have played in Asia, OZ, Europe and Africa. Have been a club promoter etc

I am a writer, blogger and SEO. I am qualified in teaching "da English"

I was born in an English speaking country that loves Guinness. I also love Guinness.

    How is that?

EDM these days often means the cheesey type of shit like Aviici, david guetta and so on. Definitely not the image we're going for.. more underground techno and house we're after. Shoot me some samples anyway via PM of your writing.

I like that.. please also send me some samples of your writing.

    Still looking for more..

Pity. I know a guy who is fanatic about things you want, but his English is terrible.
    His website: http://clubsandparties.net/
Guy doesn't do it for money, he is just crazy about it, farms FB pages for specific countries, but never wants to monetize his followers out of respect for them. Crazy world indeed.
He is eccentric a bit, he visits my internet cafe all the time. Its possible other people write posts for him.

I think it should be "DJ for" instead of "of". No offense but your writing is full of easy peasy grammar errors.

I know, but I am not into Aviici. I did go through that phase though. I mostly listen to indie artists from Wells and London, and few club mixes from German artists.
I haven't written anything on the music yet, can I send you other pieces?
