Can you teach me how to do SEO like this?

I guess they are using some botted review reference to make it look like its trustworthy, I would not do this as it seems pretty punishable

That's called a review schema. You can use a wordpress plugin to set that up.

That's surely not a review schema,
It's shown in the breadcrumbs and would need breadcrumbs schema for that,
They're simply adding the stars icons with "(999)", you can make your research on how to add schemas, it's not as hard,

That's something you should avoid doing for your money site as well,
It might work for now, but it's simply a churn & burn method that will most likely get you penalized

Some of you (most of you) don’t know where schema review is located in search results and still give advice.

On topic: you can do this in two ways, with breadcrumbs schema which is to say the complicated part, but easy if you do it with wordpress. But if you just want to churn and burn with some custom script then you just need to format your links, something like yoursite.tld/the-stars-999 , those stars can be formated easy. Do some research cause ain’t that hard.

Occasionally, there are wicked tricks like this, very impressive, I had used a lightning symbol in URL before, I think you need find that star symbol and put a 999 follows it, or just copy paste to your URL slug place, yes, it can boost your CTR greatly, and I think it will stay under the radar for a very long time, maybe never get caught.

Or maybe this is just the schema rich data feature, everyone can add this to their website, someone said the location is not right, yeah, but see your bowser is using a plugin, and that thing maybe slightly change the CSS layout, so the schema location pushed up a bit to like a URL slug, so first, make sure what this thing is, then do it.

You can post the URL at here and let us check.

It's not even review schema, check the cache, they put the line in as part of the breadcrumb schema:
Code:
{"@type":"ListItem","position":2,"item":{"@id":"https://159.89.210.22/dang-ky-new88/",
"name":"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(999)"}}]}
