Can you target specific Pinterest links with PPV?

Hello BHW this is my first post. I'm reading alot about PPV with LeadImpact, PropelMedia etc.

I'm after a very specific source of traffic and that is Pinterest.

If i could please get some answers from people that are using this networks and know how they work,

Is it possible to target a specific Pinterest URL?

Let's say i want traffic from people visiting or clicking Fashion related boards/pins and the links would look something like pinterest/diana_rociogome/fashion-trends/

The link contains the word Fashion.

My question is...can i target only this kind of links and not the whole Pinterest website/traffic?

Yes you can... You will need to scrape all the pinterest URL's that you want to target and put it as keyword targets in your PPV campaign

Thanks for your reply. I'm not with any network...just doing my homework...i heard PPV is hard and expensive if you don't know what you are doing. I will let you know when i'm starting..maybe we can share experiences.
