Slovenian extension and anyone could register it.

I saw that all other extension taken. But, i didn't know how to do with it. Clueless.

Anyone can value the domain for me and give suggestion what to do with it.

    Thanks in advance... :eyebrows:

I bet you could sell it to a noob for $50 to $100. I have never understood the "reg fee" comment when people valuate domains. What is that supposed to mean?

Registration fee, typically $9.00, it's better than saying its worthless, but very neutral, perhaps even saying he shouldn't have bought it

But is that correct? If its worthless, then it is not worth reg fee of $9.00. You can't sell the domain back to the registrar, so it doesn't maintain value when it is purchased. If the argument is that it's worthless, then the value is $0.00.

If you purchase a pack of baseball cards, you have potential to sell those cards for thousands. But if someone tells you the cards in the pack, and they are the most common cards available, and nobody else will ever purchase them, is it still worth what you paid for it?

Is Google.com only worth reg fee? Any value is merely perceived. It isn't even a physical item, and you don't even really own it fully, you are merely renting it. I would love someone to put up a real argument for this whole "reg fee" comment.

Do something with it and increase its value.

Saying something's reg fee isn't saying its worthless

asdjfhkjldsafhlkjsadfh.com is worth $0.00, i can see someone paying $0.00
blackhathints.com is worth reg fee, i can see someone paying about $9.00 for it, even if it was bought already. if i thought blackhathints was worth a little more, i'd say $50, or $100

so the spectrum of the average joe "appraising" a domain is either, "worthless, reg fee, or $xxx+"

this is how forum banter works concerning domain values, im sorry i can't change how the system works, im only explaining it to you

I understand why people do it, and it is a poor attempt at cleverness, which comes off as being lazy. It contributes nothing to hep the thread starter with his question. What in the world makes Mortgage.si worth reg fee? The keyword is great, the TLD is not. But, some people aren't aware of this.

If someone is going to buy it, they are going to think it is a "gold mine", but they won't have access to a lot of funds. They will think that $100 is "a lot of money" but worth it to have a such an amazing keyword domain.

The other value comes from resellers who realize they can flip this domain to someone else for a premium price, maybe in the thousands. But to achieve that value, they need resources. In the hands of the OP, the domain should be valued at $100 to $150 (Reg Fee on this type of domain is around $66.00 from what I gather), which is a general price that many people are willing to throw away at the chance that they can turn it into much more.

If someone truly believes the domain is worth $66, or more, or less, post some reasoning behind it, other wise it looks like post count inflation.

hey its so good domain. i think there is not any Mortgage system in your country. well, i dont know anything about your country. but, im sure your country will have Mortgage system in 1 day, so at that time you can sell your domain to a bank. you should wait for 5-10 years to earn money through that domain.
