I want to start to promote some cpa offer like email/zip submit with Msn adcenter, i'm looking for a serious cpa network easy to signup (without any call) and that allow payperclick. Can you help me?

I just got banned by an advertiser(s)... Perhaps you but just don't make your conversions really high. What you should do (which I didn't do) is to cycle other offers from multiple cpa networks. It was really a hard lesson for me. I was using adwords.
