Can you submit same pages in RSS again again ??

Hi,

Just want to know please if you can submit again and again same pages in RSS ?

Exemple you make a site with 1,000 pages all meta differents
submit each pages in RSS

The trouble is when you arrive at the end of the list ??

How do you do it

1- you submit again change ip, email ?
2- do not submit again the same page they index you 1 time is enought ??
(i've read some submit every 30 minuts per day 1-2-3-4 times a day there pages)

Thank you for taking your time and formulating your message this time.
It was perfectly understandable.

I think there is no point in submitting again and again, maybe wrong.
But I am pretty sure they will ban the URL that is having the Feed on it.

So I guess, make new rss feeds each time and send instead of sending the same all the time.

Also if your generating a static feed, you could register a couple of freehosting accounts on 100mb.com, freehostia.com and others and upload the same feed there and resend it with your rss feed submitter.

This does work, but I don't know how effective it is actually.

But could be worth to try.

And if you use a redirection, change only meta tags
(you get 10 redirections with 10 metas differents)

Does it really help to submit in rss or left running alone doing nothing please.

I don't know if it helps or not, but I usually send up a static xml file with a sitemap to couple of places, then I submit the rss feeds with rss submit and also ping all the sites having this rss feed.

Then about 24-48h later the page I just built is indexed.

But I do other things as well, but I believe this works good for indexing at least.

the trouble i ping same message in my favourite program arround 10 times a day with differents emails

i think they go banned me at the end

There's really no point to pinging your site that many times a day, as you've obviously discovered; pinging is for the sake of getting indexed, and when you ping, the crawlers come running right away anyway.

But it would mean that you would need to put your feeds up on different places.

i use rss submit v2.36 and i use an email i open just often in yahoo exemple
when i have finish i use an other email
and same time i use internet cleaner clean cookies each 5 minuts
i try last day
no results

but i never change ip each time i submit a list again
was thinking like domain name each 1 get an ip so why change all the time ??

i think there is a final system with that but i do not know

Imagine list

1- change email
2- change ip each time

need to submit a really big list of mimes links ??
