Can you submit same page ever and ever with same ip ?

Hi there,

I do it simple,

i make a page ping get same ip all the time
so after a time like 30 minuts i change page content
and ping again

good, bad, risky ?????????'

It's much better if you diversify it... Make a site, ping it. Make a new page on the site, ping that page, etc. etc. Remember, Content is King.

Then build hubpage, knol, squidoo, etc (you get the idea) that leverages your keywords and points to your pages. Ping the living crap out of the Web2.0 properties and only ping your focus site when it changes.

That spreads any risk, builds backlinks, and keeps your primary site grwoing and gaining PR

better to make 100 differents pages and pings ?

yeah i agree with 4alllifestyles

pinging one page one time in one day is probably more then enough and anything more then that maybe pushing it...

plus bigger sites when in the search engines so hire someone to create 1000s of pages for you or get some automated tools to do that then ping the hell out of them!
