In short, sure you could, but blogger isn't made for eCommerce, so the setup with be a little funky.

I'd recommend using something like Wordpress (They offer free sites just like blogger), and using some eCommerce plugin, even if you can't find an eCommerce plugin you like, you'll be able to find a theme that'll better fit an eCommerce store.

If you can afford the domain and hosting, then go that route. That opens your choices up alot, now you can still look into Wordpress, but also Joomla, osCommerce and Magento for your websites, as they are all easy to use, and fairly popular platforms.

Nearly all major hosts provide a control panel with their hosting which allows you to install Wordpress or use a custom website builder tool as part of the original cost.

A couple I've used successfully very recently are 2mhost and ipage.
