can you safely spam a gov website?

    There are some .gov wikis that I would like to post some bullshit articles to. articles will be spun and make no sense.
    Since .gov means government, I am kind of scared. Are they going to come after you if you spam them?

    If you're just putting spun text that doesnt read well, nothing offensive, violent, porn, etc through proxies I don't see how you could get into trouble
