Personally i haven't used it. But a couple friends told me that is very good. The best way to know if it works to you will be testing by yourself! Good luck.
If you need a VPN just for personal use I would suggest getting a very cheap Linux VPS 512MB RAM is enough and installing your own OpenVPN on it. It's very easy one Linux command using this script https://github.com/Nyr/openvpn-install
Then just copy the configuration file onto your OpenVPN folder. OpenVPN has clients for Windows/Mac/Android/Linux
Just get a VPS as close as possible to where you live and the speed will be great, probably better than VPN providers. Main pro to this option rather than getting it from a VPN service is you have full control plus it can be cheaper if you find a good budget provider. Only real con being you only have access to one VPN location.
