Can you recomend a good content writer/poster

First off I realize there is a freelance section but I'm not looking for writers to respond I'm looking to get recommendations from those of you who have found a content writer who is able to do some basic research that is reasonably priced as well as competent to put together a couple of E books as well as a blog/forum poster.
