Now I know they are 10 time more expensive than the normal view providers we see here and they will probably have a very low retention rate, but do you think it is possible to rank youtube videos with just real legit adwords for video views?

Because I have a new youtube channel that I don't want to risk losing for doing something as stupid as buying fake views.

Have you tried promoting your videos on social media? Using adwords to rank on YT seems like a a waste of money tbh.

Well I really have no following on any social media platform whatsoever. It is easier said than done. Can you explain exactly why promoting on adwords to rank would be a waste of money?

I mean if it is real views, what else do you need?

I don't see why it wouldn't work, but the views would have to have high-retention. How much are you getting charged per view? The problem is, depending on what niche you're focusing on, you'll need a ton of views, which could cost you a ton of money. But, as I said, that depends on how much your clicks are going for.

I can get it down to 0.01/view for worldwide views but that wouldn't be so if I wanted to target a specific niche.

The problem is, if they aren't targeted, then people aren't going to watch the video for very long, which will not make them high-retention views.

In Adwords there is an entire video promotion section that's separate from the normal search/display side. It's entirely focused on driving viewers for YouTube ads.

The views won't translate into advertising dollars in any sort of profitable way. But if you have good content can certainly result in new subscribers that will look at your future videos without the need for ads.

you can try advertising networks :) banners etc. that should work.

Edit : fake likes and comment won't harm your videos use this two to boost your rankings slowly

Oh paying for clicks is 100 times more expensive than views. I don't ever see it as a good investment when trying to rank videos.

anyone else. Lets say I did get them to be high retention views. What I want to know is does youtube take advertising views in consideration in their ranking formula?

Please anyone who has some kind of experience or information about this I would largely appreciate some help.
