If you cannot then how do those accounts that monetize through Tee-Spring do it?

In my own experience there's no issues with it.

Done it lots of times and never been banned

I've seen Teespring in big account bios. I don't think it's a problem.

    I don't think it's a problem at all.

The problem is not the URL in those cases, but the account itself. If you add it too early, you risk a ban. If your account has spammy activities as well, you might trigger an algorithm. I've seen people get banned with instagram.com/facebook.com links as their website URL.

Yes Teespring is ok, and if you get banned because of that you should be able to get the account back.

teespring is fine from my own experience.
I run several accounts with teespring links in bio (not the same and no spam accounts)

I wouldn't recommend to add in the link on a fresh account, though. But I guess that's just me being cautious.
