1.Xrumer can be purchased from the official site botmasternet.com . It costs 520$ + 10$ a month
2.It is recommended to have a dedicated server with a good process, 2 gigs of ram , windows OS , 100 mbps line is advised for optimum performance
3.I don't think anything else can be done other than spamming your links on guestsbooks , forums , blogs , wikis etc
4.Yes
5.As far as i know there is no law regarding forum spam but you still do receive complaints from annoyed webmasters

where ppl do get proxies for xrumer? where are the best proxies for it?

 

It is best to use xrumer without proxies . There is in built proxy feature in xrumer but it terribly brings down the success rate and speed of posting since the proxy is being abused by other xrumer users as well. The best proxies which do not affect the success rate and speed would be elite proxies which cost about 10$ a month but many of these providers don't allow xrumer . I managed to use one for a month before being kicked off. If you are experienced user you can buy a cheap VPS with linux ubuntu and hyperVM control panel and setup your own elite proxy base.

The XRumer autosubmitter includes a "Question-answer" system. It can help to create a complete virtual dialog for effective promotion of your site.
It's essense is simple: firstly it posts questions such as "Does anyone know a site about aquarium fishes?" After that the system switches to answer mode and can post answers into these same topics, for example something like "I know a site that fits your needs perfectly, visit: http://your_site.com".
Of course, the answers are sent from a different IP and from a different user name.
Answers can posted second and third times, creating whole virtual dialogs and attracting quality auditorium to your site.

you should definitely give it a test, there are a few cracked versions around if you fancy test driving before paying that rather large sum of money....

Is a proxy recomended?

 

Ive heard a proxy is not recommended, but am unsure as to why exactly?

 

We recommend to use private(aid) proxy and better to use SOCKS, we don't recommend to use public proxy.
