Can you get used for using brands and water mark images in videos?

Suppose one makes how to or informational videos for commercial use, and uses Apple or say Uber images without crediting them or use. Sites that writes on these with their water mark can it lead to a case? As it’s not possible to add credits everywhere in the video and some images only these sites have.

Watermark is there so you cannot use them saying your own, but yeah you can definitely use them. I am not sure about apple and uber's images. Though you can always credit them in caption or image description
