I am thinking of starting a vine video website with the best vines. Would I get sued for this? Also can i watermark all the videos with my domain name and logo?

i doubt they're copyrighted, but most likely you'd get a letter first if there's a problem.

I don't think it would be a problem, would you just be embedding the vines on your website?

The copyright issues are still unclear but I don't think it would be a problem if you embed the video and credit who the video is from.
