If I'm ranking pretty well for one of my sites can you forward it somehow directly to an affiliate link without risking those rankings or if I do this will it hurt my site? Or redirect an inner page to an affiliate site?

Or is my only option to have a giant click here button on one of those pages?

If you forward it you will loose the rankings quickly, so don't do it. Best is to keep the page intact and put nice ads to your affiliate on it

Redirecting would not be very smart ! Although i would say no to the big giant CLICK HERE button it actually works, test have proven that!

The giant click here button was just an exaggerated example lol

This is for a real estate site and in order for me to get paid they have to sign up for a free account on my affiliate site. So my question is I don't want to capture their information and have them enter their information again on the affiliate site. So would the best bet be to create a landing page and just have a button that says like

"start your home search today" and have it direct to the affilliate site?

Because I don't think people are going to want to submit their info to me and than info again to another site

Yeah, don't do any redirects on it. It will soon lose a lot of rankings and probably get de-indexed.

I think it will be pretty hard to get traffic to a page with no content.

Do some kind of sales pitch on your site with the big button!

You need a good cloaker for that since you need to blacklist the Google Bots & Reviewers IP's. That is, when it's google bot, dont redirect;otherwise, redirect.
