    Look at this channel

The owner is mixing not original content as it belongs to tv channels . However , it looks the partnership is activated as thumbnails dont appear on the videos, in the same way gurus set up quality designed thumbnails for their videos.

How can this be possible ?. I mean, is mixing goals and highlights that you havent record with your own camera enough to start making from adsense ?

He isn't taking full broadcast matches, he is mixing a few videos together, and adding some extra things to it. You are totally allowed to do this under fair use policy. Is it legit adsense content? not really, and if somebody is unhappy then the video could easily get removed, and his account put into consideration. Most people don't care about ads on youtube now though, so nobody is going to report him.

Also, keep in mind that if the content owner claims that video under another account and allows them to keep it up, they can force the video to have their own ads on someone else's account. It shows as something third party content or several other things under the video when logged into the account. However, they could have done adsense on the videos themselves too.
