I am gonna be promoting a product I made using adwords. It is a digital download. So, can I directly redirect people to the LP or pay now page?

    Short answer is possibly...

Right answer is what is your product? If its a landing page with say 3-4 pages worth of content, testimonials and you have the right information in the footer you should be ok.

If its some sort of marketing product get rich quick etc mostly no

As long as its a legit product and looks the part you will probably be ok. If it looms spammy you could be in trouble

Please read carefully through the details of this policy and check to see if you have all the required features on your site and in your download. Having looked at your site, there are a a few suggested changes that you need to make.
Firstly let me explain this policy in more detail for you:

Google doesn?t allow websites or applications to distribute software or downloads that don?t comply with our Software Principles.
To continue advertising with AdWords, you should ensure that your website complies with our Software Principles. You should also remove all non-compliant components of your software or executable downloads from your website.
Some applications may not be malicious in their intent, but are designed to bundle applications, transmit user information, or change computer settings without explicit user acknowledgement. This type of software is considered harmful for the user because it may steal personal and financial information, is typically not easy to uninstall or remove, may change browser settings, and may transmit data to and from other external entities without the user?s consent.
Our policy on potentially harmful or disruptive software is shaped by our corporate Software Principles, as well as our core Policy Principles. These principles are:
Installation: We believe software shouldn?t trick users into installing it
Upfront disclosure: When an application is installed or enabled, it should inform users of its principal and significant functions
Simple removal: It should be easy for users to figure out how to disable or delete an application
Clear behavior: Applications that affect or change a user?s experience should make it clear that they?re the reason for those changes
Snooping: If an application collects or transmits users? personal information such as your address, users should know
Keeping good company: Application providers shouldn?t allow their products to be bundled with applications that don?t meet these guidelines
Safety and security: Advertising should be safe for all users
Transparency and Privacy: Advertising shouldn?t violate users? trust or privacy
User Experience: Advertising should provide a positive experience to users. These are the guidelines to this policy (as detailed support.google[dot]com/adwordspolicy/bin/topic.py?hl=en&topic=1310869&rd=1). It seems that your site is not giving enough information to the user about the download. For example:

    1. No privacy policy including opt-out information

    2. You need to display clear disclosures to users. You do have a demo and contact info through facebook, which is great, but I cannot see the end user license agreement (EULA).

    3. You need to check that when the user has download the tutorial:

Do the taskbar or tray icons display when the application is running?

    4. You should also make sure that the download is easy to find, remove and uninstall once it has been downloaded.
