Nope you can do that...Your ads will not be approved...Design a good converting landing page which i recently found google doesnt like...othersie your CPC will be raised as hell after few hours...
Assuming you want to push $2 CPA zip submits wont the LP an over kill . BTW u guys doing zip submits thru adwords how is it, am planning a plunge soon so ya input is appreciated.
