I've dropshipped some goods to an UK buyer, previously I tell him, not directly that goods were not originals (not directly, and for the price he must know).

After few days he filed a non-received goods complaint, days later escalated the complaint as not exactly as described goods.
And he started to send intimidating emailsa about reporting to interpol if I do not refund full in some hours.

Of course, the guy is an azzhole, and wanted all for free since the beginning.
By the way, that guy sells burned CDs and DVDs of rare but unatorized material.

Should I give full refund, or ask for returning goods?

Is there a risk to get the paypal account limited?

since the operation was out of ebay, I want to know if still can win the paypal dispute and get back the goods.

Hes not going to report you to interpol. Thats a scare tactic. If you were honest to him, and he just wants to keep your merch, fight till the end and keep your money. IF you want and this is very frowned upon but IF you want, you can call paypal and tell them it was for virtual goods(make something legal up but say virtual goods) and they will close that dispute in your favor. I only recommend this if you were the honest one in this transaction.

True, but the OP said that he informed the buyer they were copies and he understood that. Now after he has them, he wants to keep them? No. Id say use my little trick.

I think that the guy himself sell the copies in the UK, as said he even sell burned CDs and DVDs. I think he's trying to scare me and get them for free.

I can assume it like a loss, or ask to return the goods.
I'm in Latin America, but goods were shipped from China.
Is is good idea to ask to return to my address??

I'm worried about paypal limiting my account, it is my first complaint for "non as described".

Past complaints were for non arriving, but all they were closed because of simple delays.

No, as long as it is resolved, they will not limit your account.
