    Hi Everyone,

Lets assume there is big brand namely Vizio. Is it feasible to create a website like viziosupport.com or viziotechnicalsupport.com? Will Google take it down considering brand name, although the website clearly mentioning a third party venture?

Also, if created then what should we do. Should we redirect it to a different domain which do not contain brand name?

    Please help.

If its a registered business they can legally get the domain back, however it takes ages, is costly and is a lot of hoops to jump through for one business. *There is a chance this can happen, not definitive.*

You should be fine in theory, depends on what you plan to do with the domain, as if its scamming then google will hit you haaaard.

But using brand names on its own is fine, if not websites like divimarketplace would be bad.

Don't use a brand name because if you do promote with that name will be benefit to them. A customer went to that business instead of yours.

Stay clear of brand names, all that effort will be wasted, I got sued for using the word Olympics, it cost me thousands in legal fees

Have had many past experiences whereby the brand or those representing the brand would submit a dispute to your web hosting, saying things like you don't own that brand name and the images hosted on your site are not authorized to be used by you.
And your web hosting would forward the dispute to you, and request clarification - most often, you will be required to take down everything as I'm sure none of us own those brand-related stuff.
So unless if that brand do not actively pursue these things, then you are safe. Otherwise, these brands are now actively pursuing those branded stuff and they employ 3rd party to do the dirty job for them.

If you are using the exact Phrase as your domain name then not only Google but also you may face some legal copyright issues.
It's better not to use the exact phrase. And Google algorithm is not as fool as you are thinking, my friend.
So, if your main object/ Service/ Pattern is different than the BRAND name; then using the Phrase as your domain name will not help you to get Google rank.
But, you can sell that type domain at good rate.

If the business is registered legally, then I don't think that you need to worry about any legalities with Google.

What ever you do with that domain, when that brand will get to know about it, it will simply file a compain against you to your hosting company and they will remove your site without even giving a prior notice. i faced the same issue with "whatsapp" brand. they want me to take down that website. it was just whatsapp dp images and whatsapp trick's website when i was in learning phase, my domain was containing whatsapp word. in my case, i used godaddy. one morning i recieved a mail from godaddy that a brand name dispute or something related to that filed against my domain from whatsapp inc and i have 24 hours to take it down or change the content. but i can't change the domain name. right?.

you can purchase the domain name containing brand name, but can't use it.

For future reference, this is called brandjacking, and as the others above me told you, the company can claim the domain, submit a legal request to have it taken down.

Guys also received a message from webmaster as Deceptive content. I have updated my content, clearly mentioning third party on my various pags and requested a review. Dont know what will happen now. :(

My site is out of review and back on track. Thank you for your suggestions.

you can easily lose the domain to the brand owner in a legal dispute and all your work with it.
I had lost domains like this years ago with great traffic so I promised myself never trademarked brand names in domain again
