Can we sell resell right ebooks on amazon kindle

I have a amazon associate account from around six months and i always use it to promote through hubpages and blogger. Very little profit coming from this part.

Just want to know is amazon.com allows to sell resell right e- books on kindle section ? so that i can try selling some of resell right books as i have many of them .

Please let me know if any one has idea about this .

They probaly have some sort of terms for "publisher, original author, or books no longer in copyright"

I'm sure ebooks wrote by others aren't fair game. (even if there's resale rights, these resale rights are for the actual ebook, and not for other forms of the book)

Do you know for sure that it is not possible to submit these to Amazon . . . or are you just making a stab in the dark guess.

Anyone who has paid for, (bought) ebooks with resell rights surely has the opportunity to re-purpose the books and offer them on Amazon Kindle DTP.
