Can we run Facebook ads by targeting for specific group members only?

Hi guys, I'm back

let's say there are FB group with 100K members. Can we run facebook ads to target only for them? any feature for that? I need that ads only show to them.

Or can we extract those group members emails or users and invite hem to a new FB group or any way to show FB ads to them?

Your Ideas and experience needed :)

Group aren't like page. Some group are private ,some have more restriction.
Could be more difficult to extract, might work or might not
But you may try it if you have a scrapping tools.

I think I found a way to promote my product to a specific group from FB ads. and gonna try that. let see.
 
Yes, once you get approved to join the group, you can scrape the list of members names and profile IDs.

From there, you can do a bulk reverse search with a consumer intelligence service to resolve the Facebook profile IDs to an email or phone number.

Once you have that list, you can import the list as a custom audience.

You won't get 100% but for a sufficiently large group, you shouldn't really need 100%.
