Lot of guys are reposting my contents on their channel without any modifications and even with my logo lol. Everything is detecting in the copyright tools and I never send any copyright strike.
Some of those videos are getting more than 100k views and i am sure their channel cannot be monetised because i am the original creator.
Is there any way to claim anything from those views or any other ideas?

I think you can submit a copyright takedown request on youtube help

I'm not a big channel but this is what i found out. hopefully it helped!

Since the content is duplicated, you can only report them to take them down

Since Youtube is cracking down on creators who post duplicated content, there's no way to claim revenue from that stolen video even if it was monetized on his channel, cuz it's still a duplicated content and must be down

Do a deal with them. Send me money or I'll do strikes
They are small channels, but videos are exploding and getting more views. I guess they wont care about the strike or they will just delete the videos straight away if i send this

No, you cannot receive monetization of their videos. You can make a deal as splendiddog said before, I believe monetization on other channels is just for songs with copyright.

If they are not monetised and looking for monetisation in future, simply say pay me now or I'll strike your account. If they dont have monetisation plans its makes no sense having that channel simply strike it

This way you'd either make money or stop your views getting decreased

Last year, my daughters account got a strike for copying music, all 5 seconds of it from a Roblox game and they stated that she wouldn't be able to monetise that video but the original owner of the music would receive any revenue made. Has it all changed now/

yes you can make money off others reposting your content.

be it, music or visuals, BUT only if those content samples are registered with youtube's content ID system through some distributor , MCN etc.

if not, you can only go for a copyright takedown request but you cannot claim and make money off it.

for example , try uploading scenes from warner brothers movies.
sometimes it may get a worldwide block, but sometimes it wont.

if it does not , it will just say ineligible for monetization and the visuals get claimed by WB.
and all the ad revenue from the views on your channel video will go to them

This is exactly what i was thinking and i am getting email from a company regarding protection of my data, still not sure if it is spam or genuine. Below is the content, have you ever heard of them ?

Enfinity is a Multi-Channel network and we have launched this new service to help content creators address a global concern across all social media platforms - copyright protection.

We can help you find content thefts, claim and roll ads on their videos and pay you the profits generated, accordingly.

Let me know if you would like to hear more about CeatorShield and how it works.

You should be able to submit claim or takedown notice - whichever benefits you most. Youtube is really good at detecting reusable audio and maybe even video but im not too sure.
