Its all about VISA and Master Card fees. To lower a new "paypal" service if you don't have the people on hand you won't be able to lessen their fees to compete.

I advise everything be a Credit Union to hold funds for that business. But the system being cracked and numbers changed around is a issue.

For get using Auction websites. Have a super feed store like froogle or the find. Where affiliates can signup and refeed those into other stores. ETC ETC. Wait there is one I found.

i got my account frozen ,transaction on hold, scammer buyer complaints..etc..
but still use it , cause everybody use it .
