People are always talking about all sorts of topics on health and nutrition without proper qualification. Lots of Adsense sites are made that way as well. I don't think you'll get into any sort of trouble for that.

As long as you don't claim to be a professional (Doctor etc) or make false claims then you should be OK. The trick is not to give advice but detail your personal experiences with a product. You will have problems if you give unqualified advice.

That is fucking hilarious but I doubt things were as simple as that. How was he reviewing the Dog food? Personal taste test?

It depends on the type of advice you intend to give.
Anybody can write about general diet and health but if you start to advise people to start a certain diet or use a certain product because it will cure x ailment then you need to be careful.
As long as you don't present yourself as an expert when you aren't, then you should be OK. Don't falsify your credentials etc.

you should be careful with giving bad reviews because the associated companies might want to track you down. Otherwise you will be fine.

just make sure you add a legal disclaimer to your site stating it is for educational purposes only and the reader must always seek professional advice - You are then covered.
something like this website gives a free medical disclaimer template. http://www.freenetlaw.com/free-medical-disclaimer/

Healthcare! I would like to stay away, you might get in trouble depending on how you play it, You can't lie anything about food and nutrition why do you think we have FDA in the first place, But then again if you don't claim to be the person who wrote those reviews, may be there is a good chance you might never get punished, but its trouble anyway and is illegal,

That's why you always have legal disclaimers on websites, if you don't make claims you can't back up then you can't get into trouble.
That includes earnings disclaimers, privacy and non spam also
