When i first purchase the domains, the TF is always > 10 and pretty decent. After some time < than a year, it will always degrade to < 10. I have 120 domains but only 30 can be retained after 2 years. Does the domain value always drop or can you push it back up and is there a way I'm unaware of?

if you regularly posting the post . you will get constantly increase in DA on each year
In PBH network the will get UP and DOWN in DA at every up date

When you buy a domain and completely change its theme it's natural for some links to be taken down.

Answer it for yourself: Would you drop a domain just because of a 3rd party metric? (obviously disregarding any other metric)

What does it matter what metrics it has after year? It doesn't mean it's weaker now. Metrics are third party, Google does not give a crap about them. Don't focus on them too much after a year or owning the domains. Some links will naturally die, that's how it is.

Google doesn't devalue any domains unless it lose any of its back links. when metrics are dropped, there might be many reasons including OBLs from your domain and the purpose you are using the domains for. so if you really want to retain the metrics, build back links. Leaving the domains just because of metrics drop wont be a good idea.

It only matters when backlinks are lost. Link loss is natural and just part of the game. When this happens with PBNs, just drop the domain when it comes time to renew and buy a new one.

It's only natural that links die over time. You can go through your backlinks and assess if it really helps your site. Try to build quality backlinks.
