Can´t raise my traffic

I have a PR4 site in portuguese language but is getting difficult to increase the traffic, I'm getting 150 visits, for about 2 months. I know it is much easier to increase traffic with a site in English but my english is very bad. Is there someone here Portuguese or Brazilian who can give me some help to increase my traffic?

Do a press-release targetting your country or post youtube videos of the cars you have on the blog ,good luck !

I didn't really have a look at your site, but you could go over to Google keyword tool, and do a search for some good keywords relating to the language your contents are written in. Remember Google keyword tool lets you see what phrases people are searching for in different languages/countries.

After you have found some good keywords in the language you are targeting, and also from conducting a country specific search... Add some keyword optimized content to your site, which relates to the niche you are targeting. That should help you to see some increase in traffic.

150 visits in 2 month ? or 150 visits /day ??

if you want to increase you can build several short video with your portuguese keywords and deployed all your video on the different video sharing network available on the net

also put link of your site on description and watermark it
