Its only for personal use ,you cant use it on a youtube video if you dont have commerical license

You wont get anything for free with commercial usage, unless you use tts azure I think, although I might be wrong about that, I just know many people were exploiting the free credits to get it. But I use and recommend highly play.ht. They now have high-quality ultra-realistic voices, which can get past your beyond-average listener.
