I spammed mc videos I reached 11k in 4 days and today I got banned. I dont know how people reach 50k and 100k I saw a lot of people reach that, idk what are they doing

I dont know anything about this, so I just spammed it on my phone like daily 40-60 videos. I reach 11K Subscribers when I got banned

I dont know what did I do wrong, and what people doing to not get banned. I mean search: Ande on Youtube, he has 120K subs, and he is promoting SCAMS!! and youtube dont ban him for almost 6 months, he is acctually verifyed, and IDK how he is doing that...
