Can someone tell me how to use the crashdump logger properly?

I still don't get how it works and so have just left it and just tried avoid crashes.

As this is almost impossible with SB since it crashes almost 100% of the time I thought I should figure out the crashdumper.

So far when I've used it I would have it on then SB would crash like it usually does. Then when I go to reload SB it says 'processing crashdump logger' and then nothing happens. I've read that this step is supposed to conveniently load up all your info from last session. It would be great if it did this but nothing happens so what am I missing here?

I know that there are the 3 files of successes failures etc.- so am I still supposed to load them back in myself?

Also does crashdump only work for one instance? since there is only one crashdump logger? I don't see how I'd sort thru all the successes in one file- kind of defeats the object.

I'm ok with it only working on one instance so long as I can indeed figure out how to use it properly.

Also if it's only ever saving it in one file how do you know which of the entries are from one session to the last? Do you have to delete the logs before starting each blast?

It freezes for me as well.

Solution is to manually remove the files before restarting SB, and load the list of un-submitted URLs in and continue to blast. Simple!

It's not that it freezes just that it loads and I didn't see anything but I was just checking an old email from support and they said I should just press the E to check if they're loaded, so I'll try the next time it inevitably crashes :D.

    poster_submitted - all submitted urls
poster_master - all the ursl in the blog list
poster - all processed urls, including success and failed

If you come back to a crashed scrapebox and want to p[ick up where you left off these are the steps you want to do.

    - Load the poster_master list in the harvester
    - compared it with your poster.txt file
    - begin posting/commenting again.

You can run linkcheck on poster_submitted.txt to get your AA's from the previous run

Scrapebox will freeze, atleast mine does because its running through its processes. Just leave it be for awhile.

Oh yeah, mine doesn't freeze either, it just seems to do nothing. I know what each of the files is though, so I just export and import manually from the crashdump in sb folder. that's the quickest way.
