is fuckin ball sack.lol 60 days refund policy and within days i have refunds coming in left and right.its not about promoting a bad product as ive seen the vendors' refund rate is quite low.why cant they make it 30 days?60 days is far too long especially for a digital product.sorry thats my rant for today :D

I thinkn though that after 30 days if someone hasn't refunded then most people probably moved on already and forgotten about it even if they wanted a refund so its like 30 days really. I hardly see many refunds made on day 50 or 59 of the refund window!

Yeah... a friend of mine is a vendor and he said he had a refund that stated "this product smells funny". It was a digital product.

But it's good for consumers. You'll have some people that abuse the system.

In theory 60 days should be better than 30, the idea with a long refund period is that hopefully the consumer will forget to apply for a refund, in my experience if the refund doesn't happen in the first couple of weeks it doesn't happen at all
