Here's the keywords, I'll thank and +rep you, that's all I got. xD

BHW KW STATS.jpg BHW TOP 10.jpg
Seems like I can't upload the photos full size, so you'll just have to click on them. If anyone can help me out with the photos to make them full size, that will also help.

The Top 10 websites information is for the 1st keyword.
I notice the search volume isn't the highest but I'm just creating micro niche sites and got one EMD for the 1st keyword. Just wondering if these are good numbers to be targetting for a good keyword, because that keyword research was too easy lol.

Thanks friends, any questions please ask.

From what i see, it seems easy peasy to rank on top 3 if you got an EMD. I believe the page/site ranking at #3 & 9th position is not an authority site.

    Things i found :

    8/10 Sites don't have backlinks from edu/gov
9/10 Sites don't have keyword in title
    10/10 sites don't have keyword in desc & H1
The site ranking at #9 has just 43 backlinks with 0 onsite optimization

So yeah that must be real easy to rank and by looking at cpc, you hit the goldpot!

    Will you use adsense ?
If you got the emd then i think you can get to the top pretty easily but that depends on your actual seo knowledge. Top ten websites aren't optimized for the keyword so go for it or try first to find another one with good search number, if it was easy for you to find keywords like you said.

Yes, thank you. I thought it was too easy to find this keyword, I'll try again and maybe you can verify that I'm doing keyword research right (I'll post on this thread again with a different keyword).

I might use Adsense on it, but won't cash out the money (because I'm a minor still).
I'll post another keyword in this thread and perhaps you can help me out to see if I'm doing keyword research correctly?
I have a fair amount of SEO knowledge, and I'm outsourcing content and editing them to optimize my keyword, so onpage SEO is done. I'm also going to be doing manual link building along with slow link automation, so it's fairly natural. Also going to do Twitter tweeting by putting my link in some of the tweets and then some of the other tweets will be just regular info.

Thanked and +repped both of you!

Anytime. Its my pleasure to help out members who are in need of assistance. Also even if you use adsense and not cashing out, you can still make some money by selling it on flippa once you ranked it on top 3. Since you said you'll be doing manual link building, i'd Setup google alerts for your keyword and post comments on blogs everyday - By doing this, your site will rank on top in no time and gain so much page authority for your micro niche. Hope this helps..

Yes, that was my plan all along. I'm going to try and rank it #1 at least for a month or so, and if I can't get it up there or keep it up there, then I'll just settle with a Top 3 rank. Thanks for the tips, Thanked you again.

Here are 3 keywords I found (took a little bit of time because TT takes a lot of time like that, loading stuff):

BHW KW STATS 3.jpg BHW TOP 10 num 1.jpg BHW TOP 10 num 2.jpg BHW TOP 10 num 3.jpg
    Labeled everything accordingly.

Each keyword is labeled "Relatively Easy" to rank by Traffic Travis, and competition for Adwords is medium-high (I filtered out the low ones, LIKE A BOSS)
    Thanks guys.

EDIT: oops, none of them have EMDs that I can buy, but please let me know if these are good keywords to target (I can easily just find EMDs anyways).

Wow! Thats another real quick research. Here's my suggestion to you to determine whether the keyword is worth or not for a micro niche site.

Look if the site is listed in Dmoz. If yes, you hardly have the chance to rank #1.
If no, look at BLS. If its over 5000, then and again its hard to rank #1(but easily possible if you got an EMD).
If its less than 5000, look at the URL field in TT. If its a root domain, its going to be a little tough to outrank them.
If its a subpage of an URL/Site, then see if there is any EMD available.
If you see an EMD is available, then yeah you can confidently get that EMD and continue working on that site.

From what is see in your last post, keyword for site #2 seems easy to go with if you can get EMD for that keyword.

Well, backlinks per site doesn't really affect rankings does it? Because the first keyword I posted (in OP) had competitors that have hundreds of thousands of backlinks per site, but only a few hundred (if any) for the pages I'm competing against.

Also, that OP keyword doesn't have a EMD (TT lied..) so I'm forced to use a stop word or hyphen.
I don't want to use a hyphen because I'm planning on selling this site anyways, so I want to use "the" as a stop word at the beginning. Is that okay for SE ranking?

Please reply soon because I'm going to register soon.

Backlinks per site affects rankings of both site and its pages and thats what determines the site's authority. But we don't take that into consideration since we're building a MNS and working on building an authority site for that keyword.

Yeah, You can use "the" as stop word if it sounds good from a visitor point of view. Google ignores the,as,is,was,at,etc.., kinda grammer words from the search results as well as urls so using "the" in url will work just fine.
