Can someone please help me install this fb fanpage template on fbml?

I would be so greatly appreciative if someone can help me figure out how to install this template to my fanpage:

My friend gave it to me, but did not include the instructions since I use fbml still. I already have hosting, and I know how to paste the text, I just need the rest of the instructions to make it work.

It's simple and you don't do it with FBML. Instead you set it up as an iframe. I can help you out if you'd like
