can someone make this program for me? or tell me one that does this

I basically need a program that would add file size to a .pdf. I need a bunch of different files with various sizes. I need a program that would take pd1f add say 500kb and make pdf2. Does anyone know of a program that does this? If it could do mass files that would be even better, If not could anyone make it for me plz?

ok i guess this isn't as easy as I thought it would be. Is there no program out there that does this?
