I have been approached by a local businessman who offers a service where he fills out contest forms for people for a fee, there by increasing their chances of winning. He does this by submitting multiple entries for his customer in multiple names for a fee, and if his entry wins he gets a part of what he wins. I have visited this gent, and talked to his data people. He does not take CPA customers, just contests, as far as i can tell. I have no reason to doubt this, as the folks who introduced him tome all admire him for his honesty and the fact that he shoots straight. He is having a problem with a few contests that see his entries as duplicate, and is trying to stop that. This is his setup according to him. - I am using the ip's provided on the VPN at www.hidemyass.com. - I have installed ccleaner to flush out tracking cookies upon each submission. - I plan to use the firefox browser and use the about:config function to go in and manually alter the user agent after each submission. I notice he is not cleaning flash cookies, and obviousdly HMAis an incomplete solution. Can someone advise me on how to set him up to accomplish what he needs or what procedure to implement?
