Hey, guys I wanted some help on how much I should charge to post ads on my site. We have a very targeted niche for about 20 businesses in my local area. These are brick and mortar businesses in my area that I know will purchase ads but I wanted to get some feedback on what I should charge. I am going to offer 3 packages silver, gold and platinum. I am also going to be promoting them on our radio ads we have going up locally for the platinum buyers. For our niche we will be ranked on the top page for every keyword in our niche and #1 for many of them we believe. We are a review site for all of the businesses in this niche.

If you could help me for what I should charge for these three packages:

Silver:
Front page banner 125 x 125 with a link to your review.
A custom sticker with your star rating from our site to place in your business.
A certificate with star rating that you are ranked with our site.
Custom Silver reviews page allowing you to put up 1 banner linking to your website
We will re review your business 1 time a year at no charge (Additional reviews are $100.00)
A silver certificate with your star rating, customized to your business stickers for your windows, and mentions on our social network. Facebook and Twitter.

Gold:
Front page banner of 125 x 125 with a link to your review
Front page link for your specials
Custom Gold reviews page allowing you to put your own coupons and 2 banners linking to your website.
We will review your business 2 times a year at no charge (Additional reviews are $50.00)
A gold certificate with your star rating, customized to your business stickers for your windows, and mentions on our social network. Facebook and Twitter.

Platinum: Only 2 spots
Front page banner of 125 x 125 with a link to your review
Front page banner of 480 x 177 with a link to your review
Custom Platinum reviews page allowing you to put up specials, coupons, and 4 banners linking to your website.
We will review your business 4 times a year at no charge (Additional reviews are $25.00)
Mention of your business on our radio ads for a whole month. This is 56 radio ads over a 28 day period.
A platinum certificate with your star rating, customized to your business stickers for your windows, and mentions on our social network. Facebook and Twitter.

If you have any comments or things I should add or take away I am open for all suggestions. Thank you for your time in responding to this.

How about you charge whatever it is they're willing to pay? Supply and demand. No one but you and your experience can properly answer this question...

You miss add the most important data so we can tell you aprox how much you should charge for ads UNIQUE IP ADDRESSES - this is all that matters, everything else is nothing.

And truth to be told you are not here to ask for advice. As i see your thread i notice is formatted like its belong in the marketplace.

You point out that you have 3 packages and what you will get buy one. This is a sneaky sales thread!

This cant be sold on here. I am literally selling this to the 20 businesses in this niche in my city. So no I am not selling anything. I am asking what the ranges are for internet advertising. For banner ads IE a banner on a site that brings in 1,000,000 page views would be more than one that gets 100 page views. Just trying to be reasonable when I go to these businesses so if they look up pricing for another site I am competitive.

For our niche we will be ranked on the top page for every keyword in our niche and #1 for many of them we believe.

"We believe" means it didn't happen yet. How do you know this? Also, what kind of keywords do you "believe" you will be ranked #1 for? Dentist in Atlanta, Georgia...okay Dentist in Georgia next to that blue house that my friend's mother's cousin used to live in....not okay Just wondering because there are people here who start projects with no knowledge of SEO and think ranking the latter at #1 is great. No one can answer your question satisfactorily without knowing what keywords will end up ranking on the first page. Prices are different according to what you are able to rank, and not what you believe you can rank.

Well I own a brick and mortar business in this niche and I am ranked #1 # 2 and # 3 for 15 keywords. So I will target these keywords first knowing I can make the top page for these keywords. I Am very versed in SEO and getting to the top page in my keywords will not be a problem. So for argument sake Lets just say that I am ranked in the top 10 for 15 keywords and ranked #1 for 5 of them. Should have visibility to anyone looking for this niche. Example: Keyword: "Indian Food Las Angeles" I am asking all Indian food restaurants for promote their business on my Indian Food Review site. This isn't my niche but my example. What do you think I should charge for advertising if I am targeting their business niche and ranked in the top 10 for every keyword related to this?

I don't really like your packages. Just my opinion, but they look cheesy. I'd put together one extensive package for $1,000 which included radio ads.

Thanks for the input. I am not stuck on any one package or multiple package option.
