Can someone help me solve this problem on Paypal?

Hello folks, I have been limited on paypal,but not perma-limited.
So Paypal asked me to fill in this informations.


I really don't know what shall I do with that,I have been selling Windows 10 Enterprise codes and I have placed them in category Everything Else(In that category it is legal to ship the 'items' via the email).
And yesterday they limited my account and it will remain limited untill i fill this.

Can someone help me or did someone has something similiar like this?
If I get my account restored or at least my credit card removed from that Paypal account I will pay you 30$.

so if your doing anythink illegal
or getting codes from a source that iffy

if your legal then you can fight and paypal
will release all funds ....

paypal has the own legal team so they
dont just do anythink just for fun somethink triggered them
