Can someone help me come up with something attention catching related to pop culture?

So I am kinda having a brain fart here. This question might not seem important but honestly a good answer here will really help me with what I'm about to start doing. (Content locking + CPARedirector)

It doesn't even have to be real but should encite interest/attention to the vast majority of YOUTUBE users specifically....

Justin bieber fainted on stage and of course its been caught on film! I uploaded it 3 times but youtube keeps blocking it! Go here:

These are 2 but honestly I don't think they are that great...so I will turn to BHW because I know some of you are PROS at stuff like this...
