If you have the money in PayPal you can send it to me via PayPal and I'll use my PayPal card to register (just pay the cost I won't charge anything extra but also not going to buy the domain for you). You must let me do it though don't want to give out cc # and also after I pay I will remove my # from your account so it won't get charged in the future.
